* Breakfast is prepared using locally sourced ingredients. Eggs come directly from a hen house to our kitchen. Fruits and fresh vegetables are produced in some of our lands on the hill, or buy directly to small local farmers. The most important factor for the selection of our suppliers is the no use of any GMOs or pesticides on their lands. Most of our products are home-made, in order to guarantee the quality of our dishes and the not addition of any kind of food additives.
